It's here! It's here! The ad campaign for Versace's mermaid collection has arrived, and it features the gorgeous Gisele Bundchen in and around what looks like a public pool. I love it! I love that she's not on the beach, that she's in the city, poolside, at some posh hotel. The blue tint on all the photos is perfect. In the shots where we're looking up at Gisele, it's like we're looking at her from under water. Brilliant!

This is totally blowing my mind right now. Blk. water is spring water naturally infused with fulvic acid, (a derivative of plant matter.) Yeah, this is natural, no dyes, no additives, nothing. The water comes black from the earth and it claims to be good for you. I have to admit, the water doesn't look appetizing. In fact, all I can think of is oil spills and that awful crocodile movie. But the packaging is totally badass. Keep drinking, and you've found you've turned to the dark side. Hell yes.

Actress/model Milla Jovovich is Photoshoptastic in these images from the 2012 Campari calendar, which has an apocalypse theme. These shots represent massive flooding, tsunamis, and what I thought was acid rain turns out to be the dawning of a new ice age. Cool yet a little cryptic. I just love the packaging for Aria Di Capri perfume, which features a floral Melusine split-tailed mermaid. Capri Island is known for it's beautiful landscapes and abundance of fragrant flowers. In the late 19th century, Capri was a muse for European artists like John William Waterhouse. It is also thought to have been the final resting place of the Sirens from Homer's The Odysssey. After failing to lure Odysseus, the sirens plunged themselves into the Tyrrhenian sea.

A Kraken is a ginormous mythological sea monster said to lurk 3,000 feet below sea level near Norway. Next to sharks, anglerfish, and pissed-off mermaids, Krakens are about as bad-ass as it gets under the sea. Imagine a squid/octopus like thing the size of the Titanic, or perhaps a small island depending on who's telling the tale, well, just imagine that and know you're in trouble. Krakens have been brought to life in movies like Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, and in that awful remake of Clash of the Titans where Zeus knew how to annihilate a civilization quickly with, yeah, you guessed it—the Kraken. When it comes to spiced rums you better go big or go home, I suppose, which is why I love Kraken Rum. (Sorry, Captain Morgan) It's sort of perfect, really, from the bottle to the swag. (I'm a sucker for a theme, I know.)

Are these wow, or are they, like, WOW!? These gorgeous ads are for Abharan Jewellers of India. I don't know what to gush over first: the beautiful model, the pretty jewelry, or the mermaid in the background. (Yay for mermaids of color!) Abharan's website is a fish tank right now so check it out before the campaign is over.

Art director and interior designer Marcel Wanders is the brainchild behind these shots for Mooi furniture. He created an underwater showroom to showcase Moooi's high-end lamps, couches, and home decor. Of course no underwater world is complete without mermaids, and each room features a mermaid minus the tail. This is quite beautiful, but fishtails would have made this series bananas.

The first time I saw this commercial was during the holidays last year, and I was completely captivated by it. Sure, the model is gorgeous, but the cinematography is breathtaking. The sweeping views of the ocean, the rain forest, the frolicking—why can't that be me, God? Why? So of course I went to the mall to experience the "Essence of Joy", and yes people, it was joyful. Acqua di Giogia is one of my favorite fragrances. It's great for hot summer nights with friends or friends with benefits. ;-)
